Airco Shop Maasen Waal uses PostNL for regular packages to ship your orders. For larger deliveries, we offer our own delivery service. This way we ensure that these larger orders are delivered to you personally.

Delivery times

Airco Shop Maas en Waal is fully committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. Our expected delivery times are based on previous experience, but please note that these may differ in reality. Our goal is to ship all orders within 2-3 working days, made possible by our extensive stock and large warehouse. Below you will find a handy overview of our standard delivery times:

We charge a rate of €10 for sending standard packages via PostNL. For shipments of packages weighing more than 23kg, the costs are €25. When shipping larger items, such as multiple air conditioning units, a flat rate of €70 applies.

• You will normally receive your package within 2 to 3 working days.
• If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, a second delivery attempt will take place the next day.
• Your order will be delivered to your door; it does not include bringing the product indoors or installing it.
• A signature from you or the recipient is required to confirm delivery of your order.

• For larger orders that are sent with our own delivery service, we will make a delivery appointment with you. It is important that you are present at the indicated location at the agreed time.
• Your order will be delivered with care according to the specific delivery conditions that apply to the item.
• Delivery takes place as standard on the ground floor of the address you specified.
• Upon receipt, you must inspect the products for any damage or defects. If you notice any defects, it is advisable not to sign for receipt and to contact us immediately for a solution.
• A signature is required to acknowledge receipt of your undamaged order.
• Please note: due to the size and nature of the delivery of larger orders, they cannot be delivered to your neighbors if you are not present.

When creating a dealer account and after approval, you will have access to exclusive dealer prices excluding VAT.

Sometimes you want to cancel a placed order, possibly because the product is not to your liking or for another reason. You have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt. If an item does not meet your expectations and you wish to return the order, you can complete the form below.

You have the option to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. If you return, you will receive the full purchase amount, excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning are at your own expense.

To return your items, you can hand them in at a PostNL service point. Please ensure that, if possible, the item is returned in its original packaging. Upon return, you will receive a shipping receipt with a Track & Trace code so that you can track the return shipment. Keep this confirmation until you receive a notification from us that the return shipment has been received in good order.

Please note that in the case of an air conditioner, it must be collected in the same manner as you received it. We cannot accept air conditioners that have not been shipped this way. If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned to us together with all accessories in its original condition and packaging. To register your return and initiate the return process, you can contact us via the return form or info@aircoshopmaasenwaal.nl. After registering your return, the item must be received by us in good condition within the specified period of 14 days.

Please contact us immediately by telephone to change the address before the package is sent, so that the address can be changed free of charge. If changing your address is no longer possible free of charge, we are forced to charge these costs.
